Graduated at the Escuela Superior de Canto, Madrid. Since 2002 he has prepared his repertoire with Maestro Jorge Rubio.
He has received an number of awards in international competitions such as Ricardo Zandonai in Riva del Garda, International
competition Pedro La virgen (1st prize and the best Premium content), International competition Julian Gayarre
(special prize presented by José Carreras), International Competition Ottavio Zigno (3rd prize) in Rome and the
International award from the city of Logroño (Spain). He was also chosen to represent Spain at the BBC Cardiff competition.
His debut was in 2002 in Cataluña with Rigoletto. He has performed La Boheme in various Italian theatres. In 2004 he sang Verdi´s
Requiem in Busseto under the direction of Romano Gandolgi and, in Spain, with the same piece in Pamplona. He sang the role of Don
José de Carmen in the Olympic Stadium of Soeul.
In 2005 he played Ismael in Nabucco in Klagenfurt.He also played Pollione (Norma) in Dresden and lated debuted in Un Ballo
in Maschera in Piacenza with the Fundacion Arturo Toscanini. In 2005 he was Pollione in the International Festival of Summer in Madrid.
He sang Rodolfo in the Opera Luisa Miller in the Royal Theatre of Madrid.
In 2006 he sang La Boheme in Bassano and Padua and in Diciember of 2006 he returned to Un Ballo in Maschera in Dusseldorf.
In May of 2007 he sang Tosca in Ciudad del Cabo and in june of the same year he sang Rodolfo in the Opera La Boheme in Pamplona.
In the summer of 2007 he toured Toscana, Italy with Tosca and Un Ballo in Maschera.
He has worked with reknowned and prestigious musical directors such as John Fiore, Romano Gandolfi,
Pedro Halfter, Jorge Rubio, López Cobos. And stage directors such as Giancarlo del Mónaco, Pier Luigi Pizzi.
